Each
program is shipped in its own storage crate, along with files & labels for organizing
your program. Easy to use record keeping supplies are provided. Because most
parents are uncertain how to keep academic records they are willing to pay others to do
this for them. However, with clear instructions this expense is unnecessary and you stay
in charge. One set of supplies for each student includes: Attendance Log
This records subjects taken, monthly attendance, and average
grades. It takes only minutes at the end of each month. It includes a sample form, twelve
monthly forms for flexibility and a one page cumulative record form for those who want, or
need, to summarize total days and hours. This form is also used to satisfy state
boards request for attendance reports.
Kindergarten Diploma or a Certificate of
Promotion for 1st grade on up. Both are suitable for framing.
Teacher's Resource Book :

Coupled with the most recent report card, is the heart of what
administrators look for when students are transferred. The forms are accompanied by sample
forms with clear instructions. Florida teachers enrolled with L-CIPSSI Schools are also
provided Florida course code numbers for documenting both conventional and unconventional
courses.
A Daily Plan Book
is provided for your scheduling convenience. Where possible 36 week course schedules have
been printed for your convenience.

Log Books:
Students in 1st -12th grades receive log books to validate
coursework that is not textbook or computer supported. Regularly
maintained they list student activities and accomplishments that would
otherwise go unrecognized. The following four log books are included for
1st -12th grades:
- Life Management Skills,
- auxiliary reading,
- Physical Education, and a
- blank log book for teacher created
courses.
Student Records
Properly maintained student records are your insurance that students' accomplishments and
attendance are recognized. The report card is to be updated four times a year, once every
nine weeks and the simple transcript at the end of your school year.
As a parent educator, record keeping can be overwhelming. State boards of education and
private schools require documentation of attendance, the number days you held school, and
some require total hours as well. Meeting this requirement without the Attendance log
can be as challenging as filing income taxes without government forms. It takes only a few
minutes at the end of each month.
